ConnectMe is a 12-week programme tailored specifically to help you meet your career or business objectives.

Overview of the Process

There are 4 elements to the ConnectMe programme:

• Onboarding
• Connection
• Posting
• Engagement

Onboarding occurs in week 1 and sets you up for success. During this week we have a Skype call with you that will help us update or complete your profile, learn who you want to connect with, and discuss content for your posts.

Connections are the key to a strong online network and are central to ConnectMe. During the programme we will consistently send personalised connection invites on your behalf to targeted LinkedIn members. We do NOT send default invitation messages. On the higher level of this programme, your new connections receive a personalised acknowledgement and thank you message in order to encourage ongoing interaction.

Posting begins at the start of week 2 and continues to the end of week 12. Posts are put up regularly (either 3 or 5 times a week) in a specific format that is currently LinkedIn best practice. This format is gaining high numbers of views for everyone who uses it well. Posts increase your visibility and influence, spread your knowledge, and bring you business opportunities.

Engagement is the key to this programme and is unique to ConnectMe. Each of your posts is engaged with (liked, commented on and shared) by other LinkedIn members, soon after being uploaded. This means LinkedIn is likely to place it in the newsfeed of your second- and third-degree connections. We would encourage you to monitor your posts and where possible engage with people who have liked or commented on them. You may even wish to invite them to connect which is very likely to lead to a successful connection.

Programme Levels

There are two levels of ConnectMe:

• Kick-Start
• Turbo-Power

Which one is right for you will depend on how quickly you want to gain traction on LinkedIn, and gain more followers, connections and views of your posts. The larger your network on LinkedIn, the more business opportunities will come your way.
